Please read these terms of service ("terms", "terms of service") carefully before using the Baby Leaps mobile app (the "service") which is operated by Knauken AS ("we", "us", or "our").

Conditions of Use

We will provide our services to you subject to the conditions stated below. By accessing or using this app, you consent to these terms and conditions. This is why we urge you to read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Baby Leaps mobile app.

Communications

All communication with us is electronic. By using the app or by sending communications to us via email or through the app, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other forms of communication that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Payments

We are not responsible for any payments made through the mobile application. Payments and transactions in the Baby Leaps app are processed by the Apple App Store. We do not have control over refunds or disputes related to these transactions. Therefore, any issues or disputes involving payments must be raised directly with the platform used to make the purchase. Please note that paid features within the app may change at any time without prior notice.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs the use of the Baby Leaps app and explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information that results from your use of our service. By using this app, you also agree to allow us to process your data under the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Applicable Law

By using the Baby Leaps mobile app, you agree that the laws of Norway, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, govern these Terms of Service and any disputes that might arise between you and Knauken AS, or its partners and affiliates.

Disputes

Any dispute related in any way to your use of the Baby Leaps app or to purchases or usage of features within the app shall be subject to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Norway. By using the app, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Baby Leaps app at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms of Service.
